A Factory Built for the Maldivia 45 — From the Ground Up.

Delivering a vessel of this calibre at a price that makes commercial sense for operators requires more than great engineering. It requires a production infrastructure built with the same level of intention. That is exactly what we have done.

We are excited to announce the completion of our entirely new manufacturing facility — purpose-designed, from the ground up, around the Maldivia 45 production workflow.

Built Around the Process

This was not a case of moving into an existing space and making it work. We mapped every step of the production process — hull layup, structural assembly, interior fitout, systems installation, finishing — and designed the facility around that sequence. The result is a production environment where every stage flows logically into the next, with no bottlenecks, no wasted movement, and no compromises forced by an ill-fitting space.

The Infrastructure

The facility is equipped with multiple industrial ovens for controlled curing of the carbon fibre structures — a non-negotiable requirement for a hull built to the tolerances the Maldivia 45 demands. A flexible paint booth handles finishing across the full range of hull and superstructure configurations, while two gantry cranes spanning the entire production area give our team the lifting capacity and reach to handle every stage of assembly safely, efficiently, and without interruption.

The space itself is generous — deliberately so. Room to work is room to work well, and a production team that is not crowded is a production team that maintains quality at pace.

What This Means for Operators

The new facility positions us to ramp up to four vessels per month — meaning shorter lead times, more predictable delivery schedules, and the production volume to support fleet operators and multi-vessel contracts without compromise on build quality.

A vessel this capable should be within reach. The new factory makes that possible.
